The Magic of Indigo + Batik

In celebration of the Mid-Autumn (Mooncake) Festival, iRidescent Batik Studio is excited to collaborate with Dream Fields Indigo and Get Together Preschool for a special Batik & Indigo Dyeing Experience designed for moms and children to create, explore, and celebrate together.

During this unique hands-on experience, moms will have their own creative session to create a beautiful 21" × 21" batik scarf, exploring the traditional art of wax-resist batik before experiencing the magic of indigo dyeing with indigo dye artist and instructor Nina from Dream Fields Indigo.

Bring your little ones along! 💙 This experience is open to children ages 3½ to 10 years old. While moms enjoy their creative batik scarf session, children will have their own special program with Get Together Preschool.

Kids will get to experience both batik and indigo dyeing, giving them a fun, hands-on introduction to these beautiful traditional art forms. Get Together Preschool will also provide additional creative activities and play experiences throughout the event, keeping little ones engaged while moms have time to enjoy their own creative process.

We’ll also celebrate the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival with tea, mooncakes, and sweet treats, bringing together art, culture, creativity, and meaningful time for moms and children.
